It is located very close to Zhengzhou and a large, nice park. the breakfast offerings are plentiful and delicious. the room was quiet, had a comfortable king bed, and even offered karaoke. the staff were attentive and diligent in their interactions. the location is magnificent and convenient for exploring the nearby area.

Our recent city trip was made even better by our hotel stay. The spacious and clean rooms were a real treat, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a good selection to choose from. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the location was perfect for exploring the park and river walk, as well as having easy access to public transportation.

The temperature of the room left something to be desired. The air conditioning unit was not working efficiently and could not cool the room down enough, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and hot during our stay.

The facility was nice. Accommodating and eager staff. Strong coffee. Massive shopping area nearby.

A luxurious stay with exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and sauna provided a relaxing experience. the sun loungers and garden area were perfect for soaking up the sun. the restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious food and drinks with attentive staff offering outstanding service.

Although the room was equipped with exclusive advantages such as private facilities, the TV was outdated and difficult to use. It was a minor issue that did not affect our wonderful stay.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They offered complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks which was a nice surprise. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to several restaurants and shops. The lobby was nicely decorated and had a good atmosphere.

The room was in terrible condition. The carpet was stained and the furniture was old and worn.
